Bollywood’s ultimate beauty Katrina Kaif will be seen in ‘New York’ director Kabir Khan’s next. It is learned that Kabir has roped in Katrina for the project; the other details are still to be finalized.It is a known fact that there was a time when Katrina Kaif and John Abraham were thick friends. It was during the making of their hit film that John and Katrina warmed up to each other. The chemistry between the two was well received by the critics and the audiences alike.Katrina Kaif has earlier worked with Kabir Khan in ‘New York’ along with John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The movie fared reasonably well at the B.O.Kabir was busy writing the script for Yash Raj for quite some time and a close hand reveals that he had Katrina in his mind right from the beginning. In fact Kabir was in talks with Katrina for the last five six months for this film.
However, no official announcement has been made and even Kabir is tight lipped on this, but highly placed sources confirm this development and inform us that the Katrina is definitely on and the movie goes on floors by March
There was a situation on Priyadarshan’s film sets where Katrina Kaif’s saree shrunk more than it should be while shooting a rain song with Akshay Kumar. Due to the long shoot in rain, Kat was completely drenched and at one point of time her saree went so high that her long leg totally exposed. On looking at the bizarre scene, the crew members just kept their eyes away from Kat.Since the rain dance is very hot and sexy, the makers at first decided to take long shots but due to Kat’s saree malfunction, they went for close-ups.
Confirming the incident, Pony Verma said, “Yes, a costume error happened with Katrina’s saree. Therefore, we shot mostly close-ups. At the end of the day, the result was far better than we had imagined it.” Katrina is at ease with the incident and replied that it just one of those things which happen during shoots.
